I went there to see how the complex looked and what's around, but those ladies in the office, specially the one with short hair, was kind of rude and made me feel like if I was bothering her or there were something wrong about me being there, what made me decide no to submit an application to live out there. That lady shouldn't be working out there!

Place is full of roaches all washers and dryers are dirty and never get clean wouldn't be surprised to find mice or rats in this apartment complex. Don't move here it's one of the worst apartments in all of Las Vegas management is horrible and they stole my deposit when my contract saying it was a different contract from the one we had signed when I moved there.

Anyone who wants to know about this place should read the 1 star reviews. Do not move here! Look for another place.Not worth moving in if you want to stay there for a bit. The units are okay, below average of what you'd expect, there were still roaches and bugs appearing even when I cleaned often probably because of the neighbors but I wouldn't be surprised if anyone else had roaches in their unit. The next door neighbors left their unit a complete dump and remodeled so I'm guessing that's what they'd be using my stolen security deposit on Also, before I moved out everyone got a notice that the convention was going to be parking where the tenants usually park. So if you own a vehicle, don't have too much hope when there's a convention center right across the street.They took my security deposit and said I never gave a security deposit. Literally have all my documents and literal copies that they made for me. Sure, the office staff would gladly take your security deposit, but they won't give it back. I emailed them and they not only answer whenever they want to, but they don't care.Make sure you take pictures of the security deposits and keep your lease with you if you're going to rent here. I moved out of the state for awhile but I'm taking this to court. It's ridiculous how incompetent the management is.
