Lived here for 10 months and you cannot literally find any place worse than here. - Highly infested with roaches everywhere. No matter how much and how often you spray, you will not get rid off them since none of the neighbors clean their apartments. - Very old and dangerous stoves. Once, my oven started working itself and everything inside like plastic baskets got melted. Thanks god I was home to save the unit. There is a serious fire hazard. - Very very dirty laundry facility which is disgusting and smells like toilet. - Old non-efficient AC units which just cost you and makes noise without cooling. - terrible neighbors always drinking and smoking weed and cigarettes, and sitting on stairs and staring at you! even bothering you. not at all safe for women... - management tries to address issues but since the owner doesn't care, there is not much the management can do. - homeless people always around and even some are the friends of tenants. I really saw what I am saying. - the only positive thing about this complex is the engineer "Henry". He is very polite, kind, helpful and always tries his best. So, overall after about a year living here, I cannot tolerate all the problems anymore! if you care about your safety and peace of mind, stay away from this place and add hundred bucks to live in a reasonable place. I hope this place will shut down soon.

i hope thee people in that place that are living in the Apartments right now...you people have to REPORT this problem not to thee Manager that is working there....you must REPORT thee OWNER of the land of the property and tell thee OWNER what is going on there.....typing comments about your problems what is happening about your selves is one thing and Reporting your problems to thee OWNER that OWNS thee property.....thee owner cant denied thee problem...and and the OWNER have to fire thee manager that is working there.....
