rent is to high you can not pay your rent online so you will be forced to get money orders property manger will lie to you in your face about things and not do them there are more better complexes in the area with cheaper rent and bigger units or similar there is constant disturbances people trying to break into your mail box etc they claim they have cameras but i doubt if they work its better than being in a weekly but not by much

Terrible apartment building they don't fix anything in the apartment they have bed bugs and roaches they don't fix nothing new maintenance person everyday u gotta wait a whole year to get your actual filter change people who live there should get a lawyer involve they don't even let ppl have trash cans on they patio or they tryna charge u for that then they try and move your stuff pdf your own patio if any lawyers reading this like and I try to contact u with pics and things

Worst place ever from the management to the actual property if u can avoid these apts ran like weeklys I suggest you do. Lady that works in the office isn't fit to run a car let alone a complex even a small one. Run far away

Desk staff to Management is horrible with customer service , been given to run around to get my deposit back I'm always being told Kim will contact me but she is only is office 1 day a week . very professional stay away from this place you can find better

My unit was ready same day to be moved in, staff made sure i was able to pull off a tight dead line. My unit is very clean and quite. Neighbors are also very nice already. I’m happy!
