Spotless Ducts

Best air duct cleaning company I've used. The only negative was that they took longer than expected. But I do know that they did a perfect job which is why they spent an extra hour making sure the vents were 100% clean.

Fantastic job on my ac vent and dryer vent. I called them up last week and got them to come out for a free quote. They were able to schedule me in for the following day.

Each time I call I'm told someone will call me back to set up an appointment and I never get that call. I recently purchased a home and the air vents are too high for me to get to and after a quick search on Google I was happy to find this company offered Residential AC Filter replacement. I called the number and a nice woman answered but said she couldn't schedule that and she'd have the person who does this give me a call - they never called. Two weeks or so passed and I tried again and again I spoke with a nice woman on the phone who said she couldn't schedule that - it was (I want to say Terry was the name, but I don't recall for sure) who would do this and she'll have him give me a call to set up an appointment a-n-d..... no call. It's really frustrating when this happens. I wish they could see how bad an impression this makes of them.
