Hi Hazel, We do not see in our records any services provided to a Hazel Smith and you do not provide any details about your so called experience. We do however know that you were once a vendor of Empire and you are utilizing your web/social media background to attempt to file a vindictive complaint which is totally false as you have never utilized our services. Despite Google's unwillingness to remove your false review, we do know that you are hiding your identity behind an alias in order to file spiteful complaints against those whom with which you disagree. It is highly unprofessional for the person who is in the business of websites/social media to hide their identity in order to try to bring another company down. We know that Empire provides excellent service to all of our customers and your unprofessionalism is highly disappointing. It shows your true moral character when you choose to hide your identity.
