Took my baby in on Christmas Day and the staff were so helpful and thorough. The nurses and doctor were so comforting and explained everything that they were going to do. Such a great hospital. Hope I dont have to go back but would definitely return to this hospital in the future.

My newborn twin boys were admitted for pyloric stenosis a week ago and the nursing staff, the pediatricians on call, and the surgeon who did their surgery were nothing short of amazing to my family. They took great care of not only my boys but my husband and I while we were in the hospital. It was long long nights of constant waking up to our boys puking and worrying and they made us feel as comfortable as possible. I couldnt have asked for a greater experience during such a stressful time. Thank you to everyone that works in the pediatric unit at St. Rose.

My husband was in the ER this evening and I went to see him when I got off work. His nurse was incredibly rude and very curtly told me I needed to leave because she couldn't have visitors in her section. Fine, I understand, I stayed for a few moments to speak with him about what was going on and what the plan was to get him home at which point she rudely interrupted me and told me BYE. When my husband was discharged he commented not only on her rudeness the entire time he was there, not only to him but to her other patients as well, but also of the general uncleanliness of the ER and how he observed multiple nurses throw things in the direction of the trash and when the item missed the trash can, they just left it on the floor. He said he felt it was not a very sanitary place to be nor was the care nearly what he received for the same issue at either Spring Valley or Henderson ERs. He said it was as if she was mad because she had to work on a holiday and wanted to be sure everyone knew it. Absolutely will not visit again.

I was surely shocked at the reviews because my experience here was so great. I brought my babygirl in and she was able to see someone right away. The doctors and staff were so friendly, kind, nice and knowledgeable. I am grateful for my experience and the childrens options they have at this emergency room.

I love this hospital grate for kids and labor and delivery
