This is the 5th time in as many years we have been out of propane! We have a $500 credit, and always carry a credit. The driver is lazy and heartless to allow homes to be without propane when it's cold!

Been a costumer since 1986. Been asking for over 3 months to get a kitchen stove looked at. Totally 100 percent ignored when it comes to service anymore. Wish Garry was back in charge they had awesome costumer service back then. Couldn't say how many times we have asked to get this stove looked at. Guess they could careless about a customer that has been so loyal all these years!!!!

It would be a five star but there is no website where customers could take advantage of paying their bill. It's too convenient not to have in this day in age. That being said, the staff and service is wonderful.
