The hostess MEG has officially set the bar so high in terms of service that she will never be beat. She is the GOAT! She absolutely saved us from a terrible customer service experience at Best Western in Elko. We will never stay anywhere else again purely based on the service she provider. She went so above and beyond what she needed to do for us!! She is truly the epitome of how a hostess should be. I truly hope that the Holiday Inn Express sees the Value she ads to the company and what an asset she is!! She truly should be put in a position where she trains new staff on how to be the face of the company. We truly just loved her and how she treated my kids as her own, plus they loved her as well and can be pretty tough customers lol! We will never stay anywhere from know on because of her!! And if she ever leaves we may need to stalk her!!!! lol totally kidding but seriously the best customer service we have ever had and we travel a lot. Definitely 5 star service in a 3 star hotel.
Rooms: Very clean very spacious and very modern with great beds and full size bath products! Loved it!
Safety: Well lit parking lots with safes provided in the room and multi locking doors.
Walkability: Close to restaurants and other hotels and a gas station right down the street.
Food & drinks: Excellent breakfast every morning and dinner and drinks served twice a week. That alone is a huge value with the price of food and convenience. Plus the food was quality and delicious.
Noteworthy details: The heater in the pool was down for a while why the plumbers worked on it. Before we had even asked about it Meg took it upon herself to call ahead to the sister company across the street to inform them we were going to be using the pool!!!! Shes so amazing and my kids even love her and were thrilled to be able to use the pool. She is so incredibly attentive to your needs. Even when she saw us struggling with our luggage she rushed out with a luggage rack for us. I know Im repeating myself but she is just top notch!!

Bed was comfortable, rooms are clean and breakfast was great! A lot of options and everything refilled quickly. We will stay here again.
