      image Went in for a brake issue, left with an engine issue. Weird coincidence, probably not. Now my truck is parked with a blown cylinder and Im SOL.

      Thank you for taking my call Barbara. I'm sorry that the truck is having a cylinder 1 misfire. It sounds like someone may have read the code for you and that your check engine light is on. If the light is not flashing it would be safe to drive it here. If you change your mind about having us check it at no charge, having it towed here at no charge, or even having us come to you and check it at no charge, we would be happy to do so. We would appreciate the opportunity to make it right. All of our work is guaranteed for three years/36,000 miles so if you change your mind please give us a call back. Thank you!

      image They always do a good job on my car but only problems are that they don't work on older cars and are a little expensive.

      Hi Aaron, thank you so much for your business and for taking the time to leave a review. Our apologies, we no longer work on any vehicles older than 1999. We have found that parts for those vehicles are getting more difficult to find and cause delays in the repairs. I agree that we are not the cheapest shop in the area. I believe that we provide a good value commensurate with our pricing because of things like our 3-year/36k nationwide warranty and our free shuttle service; but I know those things are not important to all customers. Thanks again!
