I've had insurance with this company for many years and never once did I experience any difficulties at all.....so when they informed me that they no longer were going to remain as Farmers I was to say the least devastated
But they helped me so much in finding a new insurance company and being so patient with me and I am forever grateful.....
They are truly the best and especially Tawnya

Buyer BEWARE! Farmers insurance is in a corporate meltdown They laid-off 2500 employees in September! I had an accident in August (my fault).. Im stil trying to rectify a claim mistake THEY made quickly: I crashed my RV (5th wheel) and large PU truck. RV insured with FOREMOST (which is a branch of Farmers, speciality vehicles) One reported the accident on 8/1, the other reported the accident on 8/2 so the insurance database shows 2 at fault accidents on consecutive days! Its been very difficult to get reasonable insurance, because of this mistake I have been trying for nearly 2 months to get this corrected Agent level, claims department, customer service, and policy services! Every call ends in well correct it, and send a letter in 24-48 hrs Ive never received and e-mail or phone call back, since the first week of January so if you chose Farmers GOOD LUCK FYI Geoff doesnt have this office any longer!

I highly recommend Baughman Insurance Agency. Everyone in the office is willing to help in any way. I personally deal with Monique Plata. She handles all my needs and has found me great savings for both my homes and car. Top notch!
