Made the mistake of going back because I didn't want to go to Sioux City bought a dryer. Some time after I got it home realized they forgot the cord called and the only suggestion they gave was I waist my time and gas to drive nearly 30 miles one way to come and get it then they told me to use the cord from my old dryer which according to my son might make the warranty null and void. Then the manager said Monday that she could ups it but now I'll have to wait who knows how long for my husband to get time off from harvest to but it on. When I told her Lowes had the same dryer for 100 less she claimed they won't fix it if it breaks down yet they can't be bothered to bring me the cord they forgot and put it on since my husband would have if it had been here while he was.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very wide selection for a small town, and generally higher quality wood products (lumber, trim, plywood, etc.), especially when compared to some bigger stores.
