I ordered flowers as a birthday present from their website. I spoke directly with management via phone when ordering and was reassured that it will look almost similar to the picture and that they would but in the flowers that I requested.
Some of the flowers where turning brown, what I requested not to be in the bouquet were put in and to top it off the vase was only half full ( flowers only in the front not back of bouquet. )
I had ordered and paid for the deluxe with delivery. I was very disappointment and will use a different florist next time.

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day. I spoke with the owner/manager and explained exactly what I would like for a arrangement. After receiving pictures from my mom I was in total shock. I spent 50.00 plus 5.99 delivery fee. Not only was it not what I asked for they were already dying. I contacted them and explained my concerns. I was offered 12.00 in refund or return the flowers for a refund of 34.99. I felt insulated that they would even ask for my mom to drive and return the flowers after she just underwent a recent knee surgery which the florist was aware of this. I decided to call it a wash and told them to keep all the money and I would not return as a customer. I don't know if it had anything to do with me being located in California and there wasn't much I could do being so far away. THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING!!!!

Every floral arrangement I have gotten from here have been simply beautiful. Whitney is a great help when you need suggestions for arrangements.
