image Horrible experience. My dog had 2 pregnancies with this place. 1st was just fine, 2nd they "forgot " or didn't think an antibiotic med was necessary as they "cleaned her uterus extra good" (this comment came directly from the vet) well she was on her death bed, unable to take care of her pups and every single one of them died. I took her back after 4 days of them telling me she's fine, and demanded her usual meds (antibiotics, nerve calming, and pain) within an hour she stopped shivering and panting and attempted to care for her last living pup. It was too far gone and didn't make it. That's almost $3k on vet bills, several trips, blood work, meds, and this doesn't include the 7 pups we lost. All papered dogs so not cheap. There reply was "not our fault" sorry!

image You couldn't have... Our experience was excellent as usual! We are very happy with Dr. Siggers and all the staff at BCPH and are grateful to have the benefit of the quality care and great service provided by them.

image The staff here is so caring and compassionate. I recently came back into care of some animals that were living with my ex husband. He recently passed away and his widow re-homed them. One of the re-homed pets was a very senior dog (15yrs old) that my daughter grew up with. I was between a rock and a hard place because I had just come back into possession of her and while I didn't want her to suffer I also didn't want to be treated harshly or made to feel guilty for making the decision I knew had to be made. I reached out to Best Care Pet Hospital based on a recommendation from a family friend. They were kind and compassionate and treated me and my daughter's pet with respect. They were with us each and every step of the way talking over options and explaining everything. I have never felt so at ease and taken care of when having to make such a hard decision. I will definitely trust this clinic for any future pet care needs.
