Dr. Head is an amazing physician and person. He truly cares about me and is always available if I need something. He has worked with me on my heart health and provided suggestions on lifestyle, nutrition and medication changes that will help. His staff is also amazing and so very friendly and professional. Lisa, his nurse, is on top of everything! She follows up and gets things moving. She's also smart and very caring. You will notice a difference from the time you walk into Dr. Head's office. Everyone is wonderful!

Dr. Head and his staff are extremely professional and caring for my wife and me. He has helped me through prostate cancer, referring me to some of the worlds best specialists. I believe that his early detection of my cancer saved my life! He is quite accessible. He recently took my call about a health issue when he was on vacation. We have been more than satisfied with the care we have received.

I could not be happier with my experience having Dr Head as my personal MD. I know more about my current state of health than I ever have in my life - along with goals of where I want to be, mutually created steps to get there, etc.
The staff at the Family Medicine practice in Omaha are also extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and courteous.

So, my husband was with Dr Head for many years and I started seeing Dr Cook when I came to Omaha in 2004. We absolutely loved both Dr Cook and Dr Head! When Dr Cook implemented the MDVIP, both my husband and myself were on board, even though I expressed sadness about no longer being able to utilize Dr Cook. We were quite happy with MDVIP, however, after about 1 1/2 years, we decided it was too costly for us, so I called MDVIP and cancelled it as well as called the office so both of us could reinstate with Dr Cook. I was rudely told that since we no longer were going with Dr Head and MDVIP, we were no longer welcome; we could not see Dr Cook!!! WTH!!!! I was extremely disappointed and taken aback with this information. No other explanation was given, even when I called back pleading for resolution. It was not explained prior to us joining MDVIP that we would be banned from their facility if we ever stopped the MDVIP!!! I remain sad to this day about how this matter was handled!! So, BEWARE before you join MDVIP!!!!
