Really bad customer service. I told them over the phone I wanted to set an appointment up for my Shiba Inu, they proceeded to mispronounce the dog's breed, despite me having literally just said it, seemed confused about what the breed even IS, then proceeded to say they don't service Shibas. It's not uncommon to not service Shibas but the fact that they couldn't even pronounce the breed and THEN act like it's so terrible to service them makes me really question the quality of their service. FAR from dog experts, that's all I'll say.

We love Jo!!! I took my yorkies here until they passed away, and she has been taking care of my goldendoodle boy. She is so gentle; and Teddy loves days when he gets to do "spa day with Jo"!
We are so bummed that she'll be out on leave; but can't wait to see her again starting in December. There's nobody else I would trust my puppy with more than her!

Bailey did an amazing job on our dog Sedrick!! Will definitely be going back and will be recommend this place to others!
