Perfect store for new parents who think they need to pay way too much or for parents that want to pay too much, because Walmart and other retailers are beneath them. Honestly, no wonder they and Bed Bath and Beyond is going under.

Great customer service. Mason was a huge help. When we had a snafu with one of the glider chairs we purchased, the staff was quick to ship us the part we needed. Great experience overall.

Great customer service by Mason! Was amazing with helping us decide on what car seat and stroller would work best for us. Was open and honest with likes and dislikes. We actually just went to look but after talking to Mason we ended up feeling good enough about what we were looking at that we purchased! Thank you for all your help Mason!!!

We recently got bailed out of a pretty tough jam by Mason. He went above and beyond to help us and we really appreciate it. He was stuck in the middle of something he couldnt control. We were very impressed with his professionalism in handling everything.
