We discovered with had raccoons in our attic/walls the night before we called. It was a Holiday weekend and Envision took our call and was at our home that afternoon to set traps. We caught the raccoon but we needed to get the babies, he informed us what would be the next steps and took great measures to make sure they would move out and not come back. Then he followed up with us a couple weeks later to make sure everything was all taken care of. Excellent service and will definitely use Envision again if something ever comes up. We called Jon out for raccoons in our chimney. He spread pepper and a repellent that he said would last at least 7 to 10 days. After this time we still had the raccoons. I sent him 3 separate inquiries to get back to us about the raccoons as I told him they were still there. He never replied all three times. We had to call another company to come and get the raccoons out. We were very disappointed with Envision.  Mary S.

I found evidence of raccoon damage on my home's roof. I called Jon at Envision. He came out within a couple hours, and was able to determine where the raccoon was gaining access to the roof. Jon placed two live traps and later that night, the culprit was caught. I called Jon in the morning, and he came out quickly to remove the critter. The pricing was a bit high, but Envision was clear about the costs from the beginning. In the end, the cost of catching and removing the raccoon saved me the cost of further roof damage. Hopefully I will never need Envision's services in the future, but if I do, I know I will call them again.
