Was referred by the guy who does my tires to come here. Due to the fact he has always is great I called and got an appointment even though they wouldnt be my first choice. So my tire guy told me I need an alignment cool set it up. Show up today at the appointment I made two days ago and had to give my info all over again. Annoying but whatever not the worst thing that happened. So they tell me they do a free shakedown before the actual alignment. Cool. They said we will call in about an hour. A hour goes by and they call back telling me the alignment is done and that all my struts and shocks need replaced and they are running a great deal buy 3 and you get the 4th one free I said and how much is that. $1600-$1700. Told me over the phone that all are horrible and need done. My boyfriend states that he could do them and were not paying that price. The guy on the phone says that a majority is just for labor. We still decline. We go in and they explain it all with the pictures and now state that the only one thats bad is the rear passenger side one, and ask if we know that our tires are not the same brand yeah i bought them I do know that. Anywho he is still
Trying to pitch the sale of all 4 and we still declined. I go to leave and as Im driving my car is now aggressively pulling to the left. Prior to the alignment it was not as drastic so we turn around and go back in letting grant and the one who had previously checked is out that its was worse then before we came in here the technician said well it shouldnt be I fixed it well it is so I dont know what you did but it wasnt fixed. So then they said okay we will bring it back and check it out. They do that and then the struts/shock sales man comes back with well the problem is than back strut thats whats causing it to pull so you have to get them fixed to fix the car pulling. So I call my father to fact check. Wrong so then we ask for our money back which they did give and the sales guy starts in with well its actually this thats the problem and mentioned something completely different. We leave with the car that they supposedly fixed the alignment a second time and boom guess what its still pulling to the left worse then the first two times. Thanks for wasting my time. You will never see my service.
