We went there and pool was not available plus site stated it had hot tub
Booked motel because we wanted both staff stated we have not had hot tub in a year and pool heater broken lower floor smelled like Burnt wires. Also asked staff if discount could be applied for no pool since there would be no refund if we canceled Many people complained about the same issue was clean but motel is not that old but its starting to show its age I recommend calling prior to make sure everything is working. Coffee machine in room had moldy k cup still in machine from who knows how long

NOT family friendly. No vending machines, no free internet, no breakfast unless you pay inflated prices. When I asked for adjoining rooms, the person at the desk rolled her eyes at me and said "not at that price point" which I assumed was because I booked the rooms through Priceline. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely silly that you do not have fresh fruit available- even for purchase all you serve is junk food?!?! The lack of care shown by your front desk attendant was also not great.

This is not our first stay here but it will be our last. Last time there was construction and limited amenities which was not indicated during booking or check-in and was disappointing. This time we called ahead to be sure the pool was open and available for our stay and we were assured it was before booking. Upon arrival the pool was closed and our ability to stay somewhere else without paying due to our previous booking was not an option which I indicated was very disappointing. We were offered a free breakfast voucher only. On top of the disappointment, Rick and the check in girl at the front desk were very unprofessionally laughing about our disappointment and reaction while my family and I were waiting for the elevators. It is too bad Hilton garden inn Missoula can not hire more professional employees.
