Dingy low quality rooms paired with truly awful customer service. Everything is gross, smells bad and the carpets are covered in stains. I dont feel comfortable using the sheets/linens they provided and I wouldnt stay here again. Its absolutely disgusting. Pay $5 more for a nice stay!
Rooms: Very dirty, they stink.

Husband had to get towels. Scalding hot water, couldn't adjust to cooler temp
"Pet friendly" was using sidedoor. Also Google sent us miles out of the way, when a simple trip down Reserve st from the I90...

The front desk lady is charging me $100 for having an animal. He is a service animal and I told her that about 30 times. Its going to be a lawsuit.
The doors to the building are broken and the carpet is disgusting and covered in dog hair. It smells moldy and the toilet/shower are repulsive.
