Quality of the rooms was decent but 3 days after my stay I was charged a $250 fee without being notified. After days of trying to get in contact with management to resolve the issue I was told it was due to damage of the room. The accusation was completely false. I slept in the bed, used the shower and hardly touched anything else in the room. I never got proof of this damage that was supposedly there and they refused to refund. After looking at reviews I see that many other people have had issues like this so be aware of that. They’re scamming people out of their money.

Room was not cleaned, there was a bar of soap left in the tub, hair stuck to the shower wall, hairs all over the floor. I had to bleach the whole bathroom, candy left on the floor, drink was spilled in the end table. I let the front desk know and I wanted sheets because I’m weary that they even changed them. Never have I ever seen a room so filthy and nothing was done to fix it.
