I worked with Pam when I purchased my home in Bozeman in 2013. My son was a student at Montana State University and she was so helpful with my purchase from afar. When my son was leaving Bozeman for another job out of state, I again worked with Pam (after a horrific experience from a local competitor). She helped me find local contractors for the necessary improvements to ready the home for sale. I would highly recommend her and would definitely enlist her services again and again. Lauren Dalzell did a fantastic job staging and marketing my property. She was very knowledgeable answering the questions I had before listing and during the sale transaction. Lauren was extremely communicative, responsive, and dedicated through out the entire process. I will use her as a realtor again!

We had a great experience working with Lauren Dalzell of Small Dog Realty! She welcomed us to the community and was a great local resource as we explored the area finding the perfect location and property. Before we moved here, Lauren was doing research for us and sending regular updates, which we really appreciated as we got to know the area and options in our price range. She even helped us find a short-term rental (in a very competitive rental market!) which was a perfect landing place while we looked for a home to buy.
As soon as we arrived, Lauren set up showings and helped us find our dream property within only a few weeks! Her personal touch, great communication, and positive attitude made the buying process fun! She had great recommendations for inspectors and knew the ins and outs of county permit requirements that helped us through the process. Her negotiation tactics and strategy helped us get a fair price for a great property.
Lauren was a great communicator and we appreciated her flexibility in doing calls at nights and on weekends around our work schedules. She also had great local recommendations on ski trails and hikes that helped us get to know and love our new neighborhood. She was super positive and fun to work with, and was just as excited as we were about our new home. Thanks again Lauren!!

Charlie Eubanks was the perfect realtor for us! He is down to earth, optimistic and not at all pushy. At times it felt like he knew our needs better than we did. He encouraged us to be patient and wait for the right house to come on the market... and I'm sitting it in right now! We love our new little home, it's just what we needed and was within our budget (even a bit under!) A friend recommended Charlie to us and I would do the same.
