After being left stranded and refused service by Green Towing, USAA rerouted my towing request to Anderson. TJ @Anderson towing was absolutely wonderful! I will never use anybody, but Anderson towing again :-) I have never had a towing company refuse service and was quite worried when Green towing left me on the side of the road with a blown out tire. Anderson totally came to my rescue and I am so thankful! Service: Car towing

Do not recommend this company whatsoever. Spent a whole day trying to get our car out of the yard after it was towed there from an accident. The dispatcher on the phone was extremely rude not only to us but to our insurance agent who was politely trying to work with her to get an invoice so he could pay the bill. After being rejected a third time by her, we went back down to the yard and spoke with the tow truck driver again who finally was able to get her to send an invoice over to us. However, they wouldn't work with our insurance company which is USAA and we had to pay $612 out of our pocket to get the car out and over to Able Body. Thankfully, our insurance company is great and promptly reimbursed us for the full cost of it. One other thing to mention, when Anderson's Towing dropped our car into the lot, they dropped it so close to another vehicle that it hit it and caused damage on the driver's side. No excuse for lack of care on their part. Whatever you do, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! If we could have given it a zero star we would have. Completely unprofessional, with the exception of the two tow truck drivers at the yard.
