Do not use this management company if you want you property to be run or rented efficiently. We were confirmed a week ago for a showing of an apartment. I showed up ten minutes early, and 30 minutes later no one had shown up. My wife emailed the company and was told that they had to cancel. With no phone call or email sent. When my wife contacted the person she made the appointment with, she lied to her and told her that she realized the night before the showing that she was double booked. And still did not contact us. Even though the showing was verified with her a week earlier. We have also contacted this company about another complex to rent from and have not received any responses from them for weeks. What a terrible way to run a business. Anyone that is using this company for property management is being neglected.

Sharmon Cochrane has been very professional & efficient in helping with our needs. Even though she has a professional demeanor, she stays personable to where you feel like you are speaking with an old friend.

We have a condo in Bigfork which we have offered as a vacation rental for the past two summers. To be quite honest it drove us nuts! We were crazy busy trying to keep it up as well as working our summer job. Besides being so busy and stressed, we felt inadequate as our skill sets do not match up very well with skills needed to efficiently manage a vacation rental.
We had just about decided to give it up altogether when PMI in the form of Lindsay Hart and Tom Draney appeared on the scene. We were so impressed with how they could market and manage our condo so efficiently that we signed up that week. They have knowledge, expertise, and experience in the business to work for us.
During the time we have worked with Lindsay we have been very impressed with her and worked well together. She is a hard worker and very knowledgeable. She is energetic and enthusiastic. She has been specific with her expectations and always gets back to us in a timely manner. She is very efficient in staging and marketing yet takes time to really listen to our concerns and questions.
In closing we highly recommend Lindsay Hart as a manager for a Vacation Rental property! She has been a gem to work with these months! We now have a real peace and cheery expectancy about our summer rentals.
