First car given had a low tire warning light on and no side mirror. Second car key fob wouldn’t work. Had to get driven from locked car to a NAPA to buy new battery and replace it. The next morning the fob wouldn’t work again. Went back for a different vehicle and girl at desk was completely impossible to work with. She made everything our fault. Told us to either take the car or leave. When we asked to talk to manager she laughed, rolled eyes and said she isn’t in until later. When I asked for her name and then a pen to write it down she threw the pen at me. Definitely don’t rent from here!

We rented what was supposed to be a standard car from Alamo through Costco Travel. Our flight got changed so I called to let them know we would be arriving later than planned. Our car was given away to someone else and we were given a Dodge Ram extended cab. The truck was hard to maneuver in Glacier National Park and cost us twice as much in gas! Upon returning the vehicle I told the customer service rep that the vehicle was definitely not what we rented and the difficulties we had. There was no apologies, she did not care and was not going to spend any of her precious time discussing it. I will not be renting from Alamo again. You spend thousands of dollars on a vacation, you should get what you paid for!

Alamo car rental at Kalispell International Airport (FCA) was quick and easy. Rental cost was nearly half the going rates that I would have paid if I waited until last minute. I booked 6 months in advance. It's an in-airport rental agency where I rented Aug 24 - Sep 8. No pressure to add coverages or pre-pay gas. Drop off was even easier. Park and drop keys at counter. If only renting a car everywhere was this easy.
