Tried to co-sign on a loan with my partner and the banker was extremely rude to us both and made us feel very uncomfortable. She was not helpful at all and gave false and misleading information.

They love to willingly overdraft your account and take in those those sweet overdraft fees for about a week before telling you at all. I'd give them zero stars if I could

I do not recommend for any one that primarily does online banking. Their app is very cumbersome, hard to use, and is very slow to update. It constantly won't work with face ID and their "forget password" set up doesn't work, so you have to wait for their customer support, which takes an average of 45min for them to answer. If you choose them, don't expect to move money around through their app. Their tech is falling way behind.
Update: FSB recently launched a new app and it is a drastic improvement. So far everything is going smooth.

Decided to choose a local bank instead of a national one when I started my small business a few years ago in Bozeman and ended up at First Security bank, and it will forever be one of my biggest regrets as a business owner. Slow customer service response times, a horrifyingly outdated online banking system, and red tape beyond comprehension. I wish I had looked at reviews before opening my accounts here because I'd have saved myself dozens of hours on the phone and in the branch in frustration.
