Not sure what's changed but it's not the same store it was 5 years ago. Takes forever to have a person answer the phone, their employees park and fill up half the Bozeman Pond Park parking lot. Not sure why they stopped caring, but ACE is now just another Corporate Building that doesn't care at all about the neighborhood that has supported them for decades

Great service, I was greeted and taken care of by the most attentive cashier your store has. Ms Kelly is great at customer service and she always has the most wonderful smile.

Brought an Ego tool in for warranty repair and was told that because they weren't the dealer that sold it they refused to work on it. Will never shop at Owenhouse again.
