None of the 20% gratuity charge goes to employees so tips are always appreciated. Or feeding the night crew can help as they don't provide a meal for those unfortunate souls. Be careful here, smiling faces lie most times at the resort.

If you want mediocrity at an absurd luxury price, this is the place for you! They get you out there with nice photos on the website just to realize that the only thing nice about the place is the fact that its in Montana. Half of the hot tubs dont seem to work, and they will move you around from home to home until they manage to get you into one that has a working hot tub. Anyone from the local area in Montana will caution you against paws up, real Montanans know that there are hundreds of better places to go in Montana than here.

Had an amazing stay here. Doesnt get five stars because the dinner meals were not 5 star as everything else was (winterfest focuses on the food). Service was also a bit slow. All in all great though! Super fun activities
