I spoke with Ken on the phone about changing an office lock, he was here and had it changed within 30 minutes. Great customer service, and was super quick. Highly recommend to anyone needing services!

Very quick response to replace my front door knob! It broke with no warning, couldn't get into my house! Met me when he said he would, got me into my house and replaced the broken knob and deadbolt. Nice gentleman.

Quite possibly the most unprofessional experience. Do not recommend. Surprise additional fee when the tech arrived. Very unpleasant person to deal with. Clearly this man does not enjoy his work or other humans. Used our facilities and pee'd all over the toilet and floor and left it; disgusting to say the least!
