      image Im rating the staff on this one. To have a dedicated staff, with poor leadership is a rare occurrence. Shockley, Devin, & Hailey are amazing. I cant imagine how much better this location could be with proper leadership. Attention to the upper management of this region, be on the hunt to remedy this lack of leadership in this store. The staff is amazing. They are dedicated to customer service. Devin, for example is focused on the customer experience. She deserves a huge raise
