I'm highly upset, I just got a call from my wife stating she fell while in their building. My wife is pregnant and showing (so they can't say they didn't know) but when she fell, all the staff Turned their attention away from her and ignored her. Not a single nurse asked if she was okay. My daughter could have been hurt and they didn't care. I will make sure they get a suspension.

*Refusal of Care*
If only I could give zero stars...We just moved here from out of state. There was a mishap in the scheduling of my children's appointments to establish care. The appointments were booked on Nov 4th instead of the 14th of 2022. We were not even in this state at that time. I was given no text reminders, no emails. When I logged into the Mercy Proxy accounts to check them in today as requested, I did not see their appointments. So I called this location to get new appointments booked. My children have been lifelong patients of Mercy. We were told that because we "no showed", for the first time in their lives, and not even of our own knowledge, that none of the local Mercy locations will see them now. Ever again. The people we spoke with were disgustingly uncaring and even though they acknowledged it may not have been our faults, they kept repeating "that's policy". Unfortunately for them, I work in the Aerospace field for a company that partners with them - I have established a meeting to report this treatment and let them know just how these Mercy locations are handling their Mercy Advantage Partners. I am also contacting the BBB and the Missouri Health Board. I will stop at no end to make sure that every type of complaint that can possibly be filed against these people, gets filed. Assuring they experience the same level of aggravation they have caused me today.
If you want your children and family to be cared for, respected and treated with kindness - do not bring them here.
