I've been a loyal customer of Elite since 2014. They used to be great to do business with.
But over the last year, the clothes take a week or longer to get done. Buttons on my shirts come back damaged and they no longer want to fix them.
Other problems too.
Maybe will give them one more chance. I'll remove the post if they come through.

I took my Air Force JROTC uniform to them to have it cleaned, it didn’t arrive at the expected time, it’s came back with a BLOOD stain! But then notified me about the already existing stain, which has been there since I reserved the shirt, but went ahead a left one behind! I was fortunate to be to get out the blood stain with some hot water.They didn’t even press crease the sleeves, or even press the shirt itself.

Worked there until today I QUIT.. They don't pay much at ALL. nowhere even close to minimum wage!!! Owner (the female one ) is rude and ungrateful, only talks to you to be rude and then hangs up on you. They tear up clothes , loose them. I always felt bad for customers!! But if complain to much was told by female owner tell them to take their biz somewhere else then! They are not a "local business actually. They send to Pride Cleaners in the city..
Use US Cleaners if ask me!

I’m livid right now. My son’s prom is TODAY. We were told his clothes would be back on time, as of yesterday they did not have them, and today they’re closed. The exact same thing happened to my husband’s outfit for his grandmas funeral. We’ve used this cleaner for years and I’m officially done. Awful delivery, and while I’m here, learn what heavy starch means! Take a trip down south to figure it out if needed.
