I was recommended to Attorney Lee Elliott by a reputable person in church. Two specific phone calls to the office receptionist, several days apart, but I received no return calls on my inquiry. Not even a courtesy call.
I contacted a different attorneys office and received an immediately scheduled appointment.

I apologize Mr. Amelung. During that period of time I was working day and night under a deadline to produce an appeal brief, and was unable to reply to the messages you left. I was sure the matter you were inquiring about would be easily handled by any attorney in Missouri. As a sole practitioner, my time is limited to those cases I have already accepted, such that my primary obligation is to the clients I represent.
