Caring for you and your eyes since 1961, the eye care experts at your Pearle Vision in Springfield provide genuine eye care to you with eye exams, state-of-the-art lenses, and a wide variety of designer frame brands. Always count on clear answers and personal attention. Our commitment will still be going strong long after you leave with your new pair of glasses or updated lenses. We welcome your current prescription, and work with all major health and vision plans including EyeMed, VSP and UnitedHealthcare. Many of our locations are now EyeMed PLUS Providers. Check with your EyeCare Center to see which insurance plans are accepted. Eye exams available at the independent doctor of optometry at or next to Pearle Vision. Doctors in some states are employed by Pearle Vision.

image Spent over $1,100.00 on two pairs of glasses. Only have received one pair so far, that I had to return to the store to even get a case for. They are completely ridiculous sold me an item they dont even have in stock. Refuse a refund for the 2nd pair of glasses I don't have still almost a month later. Making false statements and accusations saying threatening once filed google review and corporate complaint on this franchise. The manager is extremely rude constantly cutting me off talking over me and never once even asking my concerns. This is literally the worst experience I have ever had anywhere! Looking into filing better business bureau complaint as well. They have basically made false promises selling a product that they dont have and are unwilling to refund the money for the second pair of glasses I still don't have. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE DEPLORABLE.

image The salesperson Dillon was wonderful which is why they get two stars. The person that was there when I went to pick up my glasses Matt was rude. Asking me why I showed up if I haven't received a call even though I was told to show up in 2 weeks and my glasses would be done by that point. I show up the following week now three weeks later and my glasses still are not ready and they don't know when they will be ready and so I asked for a refund and I get the runaround no manager. This was an extremely terrible experience. I'm positive I will not be going back. The person Matt that was so rude when I showed up the first time after 2 weeks from when I had ordered my glasses and then I showed up again. The third week same guy Matt was very instigative in his attitude and words and treatment of me in front of my daughter on top of it. This was absolutely a horrific experience and I'm probably being overly nice by giving them two stars. The one pair of glasses that I've received so far are a nice pair of glasses and they are comfortable and appear to be of decent quality. But I had to call back and ask and inquire about a case for a Ralph. Lauren polo frames that were several hundred Dollars. When you spend the kind of money to purchase the kind of quality I did. You expect solid customer service. And if your things aren't ready, you expect somebody to look into it and find out. This man was unconcerned and I was an inconvenience to him, although there wasn't one other customer in the entire store.
Now a lady called advised was a manager I explained I didn't have time to talk as I'm at work, but I could be available after 2pm, as I was available all day Saturday when I came by their location and was advised by Matt that the manager would call me. This lady told me no one said that she would contact me back which is untrue. And she wished to argue although I made clear I'm working and had no time to talk. This is such a horrible experience I will never use this store again. They are beyond rude and unprofessional. Clearly this is more than one representitive but a Management issue as well. Also reduce to 1 star because the treatment I have received is deplorable.
Now the manager who refused to call me at 2pm called promptly at 2pm and back tracked stating was not refusing to call and apologized for confusion. Then she said the glasses would be ready in another week because lenses they told me they had are still on back order. I advised I would simply like a refund for the second pair and Laura the manager immediately cut me off and accused me of threatening her employee Matt WHICH DID NOT OCCUR AT ALL. This gentleman is literally twice my size, and half my age. Laura refused any refund at all, refused the owners info to contact. And said that she is aware and unconcerned about the corporate complaint. Laura was extremely combative and never once asked my side of the story or what could have happened better. She only made accusations and verbal attacks stating they will not ever refund the second pair of glasses that are over a week late and a half late. I would never recommend using this franchise ever! The leadership and management of this store and most of its employees show they have no morals or honesty or any intention in doing the right thing. This is such a horrible experience. I will be contacting the better business bureau next since the ownership has not responded and the management has no interest in the truth.
