Great experience pool was very nice newly renovated rooms and a great breakfast with waffles every morning! The staff was friendly, and the front desk was very informative. We had a small issue working the tv, and several maintenance people came to help immediately. It was a learning experience for the staff to fix the issue and know how to fix it in the future. A fantastic stay for our family. Highly recommended

Staff was very friendly. Nice clean rooms. Water pressure in the shower was better than most of the hotels I have stayed at.

Walked in a bit past midnight to grab a room as I had been driving and was rather tired. I was greeted by the front desk person who gave me a confused look when I asked to get a room. He then told me that he could not rent me a room because their system was being updated or something to that effect. I asked if I could just make a reservation online and he said no that would not work. I mentioned that I was a diamond member and asked if there was anything that he could do to help me get a room for the night. he said no. So I confirmed by asking if he was actually turning me away for the night. He said yes he was.
I have been a loyal Hilton member for over 10 years. I stay at Hampton Inns fairly frequently and this is not the first time that I have walked in late at night to get a room when I didnt want to drive through the night. I have never been turned away For such an ignorant reason. I am disappointed in the policy and procedure that I experienced this evening. I rarely ever have issues with any Hilton property especially a Hampton. They are generally nice hotels with good staff and extremely accommodating. Not this one.
