      image Every time I go in there are 3-5 people standing around doing nothing and always told they cant help me in store that I need to go online. Whats the point of having the physical location and people on site if youre referring everyone to online chat?

      image Had something wrong with my iPhone and stopped in for advice. I was greeted with a smile and had short wait. While my issue was not resolved it was not due to the nice effort of the associate.
