I've worked with Advantes Group over the past couple of years on a couple of different projects for them. I admire their workmanship in the projects they construct and their integrity as it comes to problem solving issues that arise. Mistakes happen, problems arise. That's just life. What's so refreshing with Advantes Group is that they're not arrogant when reacting to these issues in life that come up. They work to understand the problem and context of the situation first and then create long a term solution to prevent them from happening again. Real estate is full of big egos, but the ownership and staff at Advantes are humble people just trying to bring all people together by breathing new life into historic places. It's why I've decided to move my business to The Landing and why you should consider giving them a shot to discover for yourself. Unless, of course, you're a perfect person that has never made any mistakes in life or have had to encounter any obstacles. Perfect omnipotent God-like mortals should look elsewhere.

The lofts are beautiful and located on the landing. I have had a great experience from start to finish. The building is very well maintained, and my maintenance requests have been handled swiftly. This is definitely a great place to live.

I absolutely love living here! The units are so pretty, very modern while keeping the historic feel. I love being down by the river and the Arch Park, I walk my dog around there almost every day! There is also a dog park nearby. The rooftop is awesome with the city and river views, the gym has pretty much everything you would need, and the game room is always fun!

Wilkinson Lofts are a great place to live, newly built apartments in a historic school building, walking distance of Maplewood's main strip. Nicely decorated inside and out. The property managers are pleasant and helpful. Maintenance service is lacking, but to be fair, it's not really any worse than other places I've stayed.
