Their business van ran a red light in Wentzville around 1 p.m. when we had the green light

Tech was sitting in the lot for more the 1 hour and just came in to say we need a new water heater no troubleshooting. Very rude I will not recommend using this company Service: Water heater repair

Hi, as you know we have a 1 hour minimum. Our tech arrived to find your commercial tankless heater in severe disrepair. The tech was outside calling around town to see who might have the special parts you needed for your establishment in stock to get your non functional water heater working that same day, when he could not find one and told you the best and fastest option was replacement. At this point you blew a gasket refusing to pay for our trip or time spent on your issue. Please let us know should we leave a review on your fast food chicken restaurant's site mentioning that you're main water heater has been out (and is still out)? Glass houses my friend.

This a a GREAT plumbing company. I've been working with Sam and Bill at this company on commercial plumbing projects and repairs for a few years now. They are genuinely good people in addition to providing great plumbing service when I need help in their area. Highly recommend for any commercial plumbing project.
