Recently I purchased a car from Enterprise on S. Lindbergh. The entire process was great. The salesman sincerely cared about what I wanted and needed. At pickup the entire staff went above and beyond to make the experience an enjoyable one. I will be bringing my daughter to buy a car soon.

Repeated paperwork issues (even now, almost 5 weeks after buying a vehicle), poor communication within Enterprise between rental and sales departments and just an overall stressful process. I have to keep calling to get things straightened out....over & over again. Misleading information from salespeople. Just a stressful situation. I was trying to avoid giving a review...because I didn't want to put their business in a bad light... but they kept asking me for it...and negative things just kept happening...so here is the honest review. I didn't even go over all the problems in detail...but 5 weeks out...I am still having issues.

I cant say I had a bad experience while purchasing my CX-30. After having to basically re-apply for the loan days after driving off the lot and not receiving my title still (almost 6 weeks later) Im a little unsure purchase a vehicle was a good idea. Do your research.

Peter did a wonderful job finding a car that fit my needs and the payments that I could afford.
