The lady was really disrespectful, showed no respect, and kept moaning that she was the only one working over there. She ended up not assisting us. I would not suggest this place and would prefer to visit another where the personnel is more helpful.

After you pay your bill, they put you in collections and dont tell you anything. Wish there was a negative star review.

Had to make a last minute reservation via priceline while on the road. Showed up and they were closed. Showed up in morning the young lady was totally rude said i no long have a reservation since the pick up was five pm but they closed at five pm. There are so many signs detrimental to the customer its ridiculous I tried to call hertz they said call price line. Called Priceline they transferred to hertz. I am disputing the charge on my credit card. Will not use Priceline or hertz again. They definitely dont treat their gold members well at all in any situation.

We had a Tulsa reserved for our vacation for MONTHS. they failed to tell us we had to have a credit card a debit card won't work. They didn't even hold.a tesla for us so no tesla and no rental for our family vacation. Their communication is terrible and service is lame. DONT RENT FORM HURTZ
