    The staff go above and beyond!! They are so friendly and accommodating! I had some car troubles in their parking lot quite a few hours after checking out and their security guy Fred came to the rescue and the front staff offered me some beverages while I waited for help to arrive. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect for riding the metro and catching cardinal games. Their security is top notch as well with a locked garage and a key swipe for the building. I don't like the extra $30 fee for parking but with the extra security involved I'll take it! Overall a wonderful experience WE WILL BE BACK!!

    I went to check in this evening on 4/9 directly after work. However, my family and I were not allowed entrance, the lady at the front desk was very rude and dismissive.Granted my room was already paid for and I have a digital key my landlord rented me the room bc I'm having water heater issues. I can't believe how hateful & dismissive she was to me for no reason. We left however, this was completely uncalled for and she left us in a very bad position. Very unprofessional. 4/9/24 around 11:45 pm Noteworthy details: Front desk was very rude & hateful.

    Alright but far from that good. I've stayed in a lot of Hamptons and this one was less than comfortable. Normal experience except for the view, cleanliness, equipment, parking, breakfast, and the elevators. We paid for a view of the arch, but we got the top of the arch over the roof of the pool and old satellite dishes. If you want a view request above the 6th floor, you might also want to request to not have the ladder propped up next to your window. Our room was overall clean but there was an old dirty cuetip under the tissues, the windows fogged up showing old finger writing that wasn't wiped off. The bathroom fan didn't work so it got super humid. Parking wasn't the absolute worst, but my wife would have really struggled, there are very tight spots with lots of columns in the way, and the gate wouldn't let you out until you went back and forth a bunch where they eventually just left it open. Breakfast was a mess. Too many people and a tiny little space, not enough room for the staff to bring the food, and it was the same basic food everyday. Then, there are the elevators. There are three and one will slow down or stop every two floors just for fun. They are always packed. You could try to take the stairs but you can't from the lobby. If you take them on the way down you exit outside. It is a real escape experience!
