Dr. Kleopatra Koyfman, DDS

Went in originally for a filling and to get antibiotics. She did a horrible job on the filling. Did not even look professional. Even after telling her a few times the filling doesn't feel right she tried to persuade me that it was the right way. Filling chipped a month later on my own tooth due to her not shaping it right. Now a couple months later the entire filling fell out( literally fell out with nothing in my mouth). I would not take anyone here that you care about. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I only gave her a 1 star cause it requires that BUT THIS SUPPOSE TO BE DENTIST IS HORRIBLE RUDE DOESNT EVEN TRY TO HELP WITH THE PROBLEMS THAT YOU HAVE DOES NOT LISTEN JUST SAY I GIVE YOU ANTIBIOTICS OK I TAKE THE ANTIBIOTICS BUT MY TOOTH CHIP AND BROKE OFF. STAYED IN PAIN I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY SHE SAY SHE WILL HELP BUT DONT AND SAY YOU TO MUCH I NEVER DISRESPECTED HER NOT RAISED MY VOICE IJUST WANTED HER TO HELP ME I THOUGHT THAT WHAT SHE WAS FOR BUT I GUESS NOT IF YOU CAN GO SO EWHERE ELSE I SO RECOMMEND GOING SOME WHERE ELSE CAUSE SHE IS NOT WORTH PAYING $80 GOR BASICALLY NOTHING

We called and had an appointment set. While booking the appointment we clarified it was for a 6 yr old child. When we arrived for the appointment, the receptionist did not want to talk to us and after a few minutes opened the plastic door and told us they dont take children. She then said its not safe because of covid. I truly feel like this happened because we were black, the way she treated us was horrible and I would advice everyone not to come here. If I could give it 0 starts I would!
