This business is terrible; they came through Jennings, Missouri, and tore up the pavement in front of my driveway. My Nissan Maxium SV 2020 front bumper was ruined as a result of this and incorrectly positioned steel plates, with the company refusing to pay for damages or repair my driveway and front yard. I wouldn't conduct any business with this organization. They are horrible. I had to leave 1 star to post. I wouldn't leave them anything if I could. And Evan he is worse and a liar about everything he has discussed with me to this point. Thank God I have videos..

This company was hired by Missouri American Water to replace outdated water lines in my neighborhood. I agreed to allow this crew to replace the water lines from my house to the main line which required them to dig up my yard to install. Fred M Luth's guys tried put the same Fasia grass down that they dug up, which was incorrect and a very poor job. Later, he sent some Mexican/foreign cheap labor guys out, without notice, to "correct" the poor job, behind my back, in which they laid Fasia sod grass directly on top of the previous mess (old scattered sod grass that had not been removed and the the dirt tilled and watered) it took 4 months for them to do all of this, and my yard is still not restored. It looks like a piece of carpet grass that has not done well at all. Dave, one of the Luth guys, told me that they did not repair my lawn correctly, but the Superintendant Jeff James showed up, very nasty person, with Dave to tell me my yard was fixed correctly. Had I known the conduct of this company, I would not have participated in this project. Leaves me to wonder about the quality of work this company actually did with the water lines. I am still trying to get American Water to have my yard fixed properly since Fred M Luth refuses to. I discussed my concerns restoration even before they dug up my yard and was apparently ignored. This all at the end of June 2022, it is now the end of October 2022 and still not resolved.
Yes, they made big unnecessary mess throughout the whole neighborhood, left the streets broken up, falling signs, piles of rock, equipment, etc. for too long. You may see guys out there doing something with no apparent progress for too long, dragging out the project, marking time$$$$$$$
DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE NO WHERE NEAR YOUR PROPERTY, DISGUSTING AND VERY MESSY!!!!!
They will come and ruin your property and basically tell you to go **LL!!!
