Outstanding service and awesome communication. They go above and beyond. Not only did they fix my car perfectly but they washed and vacuumed it. That was no easy task!! Then to top it off they gave me a long stem red rose. I cant recommend them enough. You will not be disappointed.
January 3, 2023: Guess I spoke too soon. I called them on 12-5-23 (at the accident sight) and made an appointment January 3 @12:00 okay. Sounds great. I get there today at 11:45 and Im told I dont have an appointment. They then tell me how very busy they are and working 10-13 hour days blah- blah. (Not my fault). But they will fit me in at 3:00 tomorrow Ill be missing an hour with my child but Ill stay to help you.
I asked when they had me down for the appointment I called and made back in December. Nope, no appointment anywhere. I dont just put random appointments on my calendar. Did I get an apology-sorry for the inconvenience. Nope. My time isnt important to them.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the services provided by Albertin Auto Body and Collision. My recent experience with this establishment left me utterly dissatisfied and frustrated.
My vehicle required repairs due to an accident. After researching repair shops in the area, I chose Albertin Auto Body and Collision based on what I believed were positive reviews and a reputation for professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but satisfactory.
First and foremost, I was appalled by the unprofessionalism displayed by your Manager (Ryan). When I dropped off my vehicle, I expected clear communication regarding the repair process and timelines. However, I was met with a lack of transparency and professionalism. The misinformation provided about how repairs are handled was disheartening, and it felt like a complete disregard for customer trust.
Additionally, the poor customer service I encountered was deeply disconcerting. Not only were phone calls not returned in a timely manner, but I also felt dismissed and disrespected and lied to during my interactions with your team. It's essential to remember that customers bring their vehicles to your shop with the expectation of receiving not only quality repairs but also courteous and respectful service.
In light of my experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Albertin Auto Body and Collision to anyone seeking automotive repairs. I believe it's crucial for potential customers to be aware of the unprofessionalism and misinformation that I encountered during my visit. It is my hope that this feedback can lead to improvements in your services and overall customer experience.
I sincerely urge you to reassess your approach to customer service, communication, and transparency. In today's competitive market, a business's reputation is built on the satisfaction and trust of its customers, and my recent encounter with Albertin Auto Body and Collision has undoubtedly left me questioning both.
