Disappointing. Would not recommend. I'm a 35 yo woman with medium long hair for reference, I have given this location too many chances. They keep letting me down, rushing through my cut that is never ever even and " face framing" they do NOT know how to do. They should stick to short haired customers. Sorry but I have been generous with chances and tips still not good.

The store manager is the only person that cuts great here shes the one lady show!!! Annette is the best!

I generally don't give reviews, but today... I have to. When I first came in the woman checked me in. She appeared maybe a little tipsy. So... I go a head with the haircut against my better judgment. While she starts cutting my hair I notice she starts nodding off, or falling a sleep... we all know what that means! So I start seeing my fade getting choppy... Not good! So I ask if she was good, cause she is nodding and sleeping. I had to wait for the other woman, but decided to leave because the woman started talking crazy, lol... long story short, the location on Holly Hills got me squared away.
