My name is Keith and I had Precision install a Vintage Air System in my 1967 Buick Riviera last July. System works great there were some other issues discovered which they promptly addressed during the install. Recently someone hit my vehicle and without hesitation Precision was able to restore it back to its original beauty. To say they are professional is an understatement. They will walk you through step by step when it comes to performing work on your vehicle. I am completely impressed with their work but more impressed with their pride in building strong relationships. Apr 1st, 2024

I am extremely upset by the way i was treated by Precision Car Restorations. I paid over $100 K for a restoration project. They sent it home and it broke down. They shipped it back to their facitity and I paid another 13k for the additional work. I got it back and it broke down again. They did not want it back in their shop so I had to get another shop locally to work on it. Finally 9K later I got it to where I want it. I asked them for reimbursement of the faulty fuel injector that they wanted me to replace on my car and they told me they would pay for it. Once it was put on to replace the faulty one that precision told me to put on they refused to reimburse me. They did pay $1200 dollars out of the 3000.00 I needed to pay for the fuel injector replacement. Also, they put on the back brakes backwards so when I broke down I was in an extremely dangerous predicament. I am a veteran and retired law enforcement. I saved for years to get my family car restored. I drove it for less than 100 miles and because it sat in my garage until I could get an appointment with my local garage it went past the warranty date. Precision claimed that because I went past my warranty they refused to reimburse me. They do not treat their customers right. I do not recomment them at all. Please seek out a garage that has a reputation for treating their customers right. Apr 7th, 2024

These guys are unequivocally the best!! I sent my 1968 Cadillac Couple de Ville convertible for a full restoration and couldnt be happier with the result (see pics). The car has tremendous sentimental value (previous owners were my grand uncle and my brother, who passed at 21 from cancer) and my trust was well-placed throughout a 2 year process (Covid slowed us down a bit). The car runs great, looks amazing and after-delivery support has been fantastic, helping me iron out minor kinks and ensuring everything works like new. And then, of course, there are the people. Lead mechanic Kent Brignole is a restoration genius - knowledgeable, wonderfully patient and creative in resolving the inevitable issues with a complex restoration. Lester Grobe likewise kept me updated on progress and was another first-rate contributor to the team, always keeping things moving. Both are pictured with me and my son during our final inspection. Owner Steve Shelley clearly has a passion for helping people achieve their dreams - this is more than just a business to him. And then theres Dianne in the front office - welcoming and pleasant every time I called to check-in (and there were many). You cant find a better bunch who make the experience both satisfactory and special. Anyone wanting a first-rate restoration should put Precision Restorations at the top of their list!! Nov 26th, 2023
