This was by far the worst experience I've ever had. When scheduling some teeth to be removed, I was told to come in for a visit and they would check my insurance to see what I would be responsible for. A week and a half later, I'm told they spoke with my insurance and that they would cover 50% of it.
I paid my half BEFORE surgery and then was told a month AFTER that insurance only paid for 25% of the bill. They now say the original quote was an estimate. That was not said at any appointment. Expectations were not clearly set and now I have to pay almost an additional thousand dollars over what I was quoted.
The staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there. Side conversations were inappropriate for a work place. If you call to speak about your bill, you'll be told that the person "just stepped out" or they MIGHT return your call a few days later.
Be like Tom Hanks in castaway and bust the tooth out with an ice skate to do the job yourself.

This was my first time having wisdom teeth taken out so I wasnt quite sure what to expect. The doctor and staff were very friendly and gave me helpful information about the procedure and the recovery process. Everything went smoothly and I couldnt have asked for a greater experience! I would highly recommend them for anyone needing an extraction.

My mother is 89 years old and needed her back Molar removed. We went in to have the tooth pulled after initial consult. Dr. Jungbluth was wonderful. My mother could not say enough wonderful things about him. How he was such a Skilled and Proficient dentist he removed her tooth and she felt no pain, none at all It was so quick. We were in and out in 20 minutes. And she was very happy, no bruising, no pain even after the numbing wore off.. Would highly recommend Dr. Perrin Jungbluth

Dr Jungbluth is the BEST! He is Absolutely Amazing! I had to have a tooth extraction and that tooth was causing a lot of pain. Dr Jungbluth had the tooth out and stitched and I felt nothing! Never felt the tooth being extracted. I couldn't believe it had been removed. He is very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and kind. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. I truly felt he cared about me, and he never rushed me answering all of my questions, he explained everything, and I would say he is a miracle worker! I had the BEST experience ever! From my consult to the day of extraction everything was professional, and you felt the entire office cared about you and your tooth issues. His staff is so caring and helpful, also. I was very nervous, and they have the best bed side manner and had me calm from the start. I wish I could recognize them all by name because they were great. The day of extraction Nicole had me calm and ready for my procedure. I felt like I was talking to a friend. I feel like this was a once in a lifetime experience and it shouldn't be. I wish every office I went to treated you like this office did.... they are the standard of great customer service and other offices could really learn from them. If you need an oral surgeon, please do yourself a favor and go to the office of Dr Jungbluth, he is above and beyond the BEST! I could go on and on about him and his staff.
