It doesn't get any worse than this. Hired All Seasons to move from a two-bedroom house to a two bedroom condominium. Had two men out two days before move to pack and move boxes and furniture from basement to garage. Idea was to get most of the time-consuming effort out of the way so the move would go smoothly. Much of what was supposed to be packed was not packed. What was packed was merely thrown in boxes and sealed with tape.
On moving day, according to the mover's estimates, a three-man crew showed up with a 26-foot U-Haul truck. Shocked to see a U-Haul truck.
One of the guys was a kid who spent much time on his cell phone and running back and forth to the bathroom. Short story is that these three had to make three trips with the small truck and took 12 hours to move the stuff. I don't blame the workers, they worked hard, but they were not professional movers and they were very ineffecient. Toward the end, I was helping them carry things off the truck. They did not move everything into the house they were supposed to and they had to be reminded to get a fountain from the backyard.
The mover sent another two-man crew with a smaller truck to augment the already over-extended crew, but they made one trip that barely impacted the items that needed to be moved and added more cost than was necessary.
At the end of the day, I was left with a complete mess of a mountain of boxes stacked high with no way to get in and find out what was in them and a huge bill. When I complained the owner agreed to remove some of the charges, but did not. Subsequent calls to this busines went unanswered.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

The team that they sent was fantastic!!!! They were friendly and worked hard. Oh, and I found my cat. I apologize for not getting her shut away and for the scare she gave the team.

The 3 man moving team we ordered gave us call to see if they would be able to come a little earlier than our set appointment time, and of course, the earlier the better when it comes to getting moving over with! When they showed up, they had on uniforms with matching masks and the lead mover immediately took charge which was great---Like Antonio promised us, they brought tools to disassemble all the big pieces of furniture like the beds. When they finished loading everything onto the truck, I was amazed it looked like a perfect tetris box. They then drove everything to the new location and unloaded everything in the rooms I needed them to take it to and even had time to reassemble the beds (thank God lol). We really appreciate All Seasons Moving and will most definitely be using them again next year when we move!
