Our roof was installed in early 2018. We were told we had a 10 year warranty. This summer we had a power outage, the electric cable within the wall, shorted out due to a leak in the roof.
We contacted Tino Garcia the owner of the company who said we only had a 5 year warranty, (information that was disputed by several of his former employees), but that he'd do the right thing and send a crew out to fix the problem, just to give him 2 days, 7 days later when finally reached Tino who said he'd send a crew out. They did come out, however their "repair" failed. Water pours down the interior wall of our home. The interior damage can't be repaired until the roof is fixed.
We have called and texted Tino, numerous times to affect a resolution. He's neither taken nor returned a call.
We filed a complaint with the BBB, but he hasn't responded to them either.
Like Eric B. we spoke to an attorney who said that we certainly have a case, but that a win would mean that Clayton Restoration would do the repair. We would be unable to trust their work.
Our advice, is to run not walk away from them. Zero stars would be an accurate review.

It was a pleasure working with Joe from Clayton Restoration. He was very professional and this company changed my roof right away .Joe helped contact the insurance company, helped us file a claim and all the work was done in a timely manner.

Clayton Restoration did a great job on my new roof. I was pleased with Joe's professional, yet friendly approach on dealing with my insurance company to get the process rolling. My wife especially loves the new roof.

Austin was a extremely polite and helpful young man. He took care of helping me file claim and met with insurance adjuster. Totally replaced roof and cleaned up work area in one day. Can't say enough good things about this company and Austin. There roofing crew was very professional and polite. Will reccomend to all I know. Services: Roof inspection, Attic venting, Roof installation

I'm speaking as a previous employee, not a Customer. The owner refuses to pay me my final commissions check, even though we have a signed contract, and nothing stating that I would forfeit any earnings upon my leave, he had also threaten to have served papers to me because my brother had previously left a negative review, and all I need is the only that I rightfully earned, if you look at the other reviews, you'll see my customers often mentioned me. I was the primary reason we got positive reviews and this is what I get in return, this however is not me mentioning anything of the quality of the work it self, only the way I as an employee was treated.
