      image Idk the guy's name, but he was about 25ish, tall, and had a small country twang to his speech, but he is my new favorite human being. I went to two O'Reilly's trying to get my battery replaced for my car, both times being told they couldn't do it. I called Advance Auto Parts, spoke to this guy on the phone who made 95% sure he could do the battery replacement before I drove up there. Got there, he confirmed he could, and it took less than 10 minutes. I am now a huge fan of this store and will always choose this location over any O'Reilly's from now until forever, thanks so much again dude who helped me!
